The Smile4Less Plan offers members the opportunity to benefit from discounted pricing of up to 50% UCR on a range of services, including dental, pediatric, and orthodontic care, from routine cleanings to braces. Members can select from individual plans for single users, individual + one plans for two users, or a group plan for three or more members, making it an ideal option for families.

For groups exceeding six participants, we can create a customized package with tailored pricing. These plans are advantageous for significant savings on expensive procedures, with the flexibility to cancel at any time. Payment options are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

The plan member must pay for all services and receives a discount from those providers who have contracted with the Smile4Less discount plan. These plans are not considered to be qualified health plans under the Affordable Care Act. Please consult with the respective plan detail page for additional plan terms. The discounts are available through participating healthcare providers only. To check that your provider participates, visit our website or e-mail us. Since there is no paperwork or reimbursement, you must pay for the service at the time it’s provided. You will receive the discount off the provider’s usual and customary fees when you pay. We encourage you to check with your participating provider prior to beginning treatment.
